Mullin in the Middle

Here is a whole plant in place view of the really cool Mullin I posted a few pictures of the other day. In the background you can see a bit of the catmint and the fading clematis-leaved columbine and even the icelandic poppy. (spot of pink thats really blurry)

Just Mullin Things Over

I fell in love with this plant because of its unusual flowers and long blooming season..... Its a Mullin (Jackie Hybrid if I'm remembering the right one) - so its wild cousin is that great big furry plant with yellow flowers that grows on gravelly bits of hot baked ground.
